Cutting of steel strips and sheets

 

CUT WITH HIGH PRECISION, LONGITUDINALLY AND TRANSVERSALLY INTO THE DESIRED SHAPES.

Thanks to the modern equipment and technologies we use, the material prepared in this way is ready for further industrial processing.

We cut the input coils into narrower strips and sheets in our steel service centre.

In 2018, we installed a new cross-cutting line, which has the highest degree of automation. This is the first Novastilmec line of this type installed worldwide.

LONGITUDINAL DIVIDING LINES

PDL 1  A  PDL 2

It is used for longitudinal cutting of coils into strips with a maximum width of 1,600 mm and a thickness of 0.3 mm to 4 mm with a width accuracy of +/-0.10 mm.
The minimum width of one strip is 20 mm.
The maximum width of one strip is 1 600 mm.
Excellent cutting tolerances guarantee high quality output material with subsequent added value for the customer's end product.

TRANSVERSE DIVIDING LINE

CTL

It is used for cross-cutting coils into sheets with a maximum width of 1,600 mm and a thickness of 0.4 mm - 4 mm for cold - hot rolled material, galvanized, prepainted steel coils, cold and hot rolled stainless steel, with an accuracy of 0.20 mm.
The maximum length of the plates is 6 000 mm.
At the heart of the line are single or synchronised multi-roll levelling machines, capable of handling any type of material. They guarantee a high degree of plastic deformation of the material with a consequent added value for the customer's final product.
The line is complemented by single or double box stackers with NO-STOP operating mode, magnetic and vacuum stackers.
The maximum speed of the machine is 120 m/min.
