We process:

• our own welded tubes and profiles
• customer material
• special purchased quality materials – e.g. stainless steel or aluminium

Profile lasers are fast and offer a precise geometry processing as required. Cutting free of burrs, deburring is not necessary. The lasers cope with the most complicated shapes according to customer specifications.

What lasers do we use?

Trumpf Tubelaser 7000 – a profile laser with a swinging head allows the processing of all open and closed profiles in 3 axes. Cutting of profiles up to 204 mm in diameter and 8 mm of wall thickness (3 mm aluminium).
Trumpf Tubelaser 5000 – a profile laser allows the processing of all open and closed profiles
up to 152 mm in diameter and 8 mm of wall thickness (4 mm aluminium).

We can prepare and deliver tubes and profiles according to your specific drawings.
